Once you’ve placed your order, I dedicate 7-10 working days to meticulously craft and prepare your item to meet the high standards of quality. This timeframe ensures that I can give your piece the attention it deserves, from a final polish and checkover to careful packaging, making it ready for its journey to you. For detailed information on delivery times following dispatch, please refer to the Shipping Policy for more info. I appreciate your patience and understanding, as this process allows me to ensure that what you receive is truly unique.

Sorry, unfortunately at this moment we don’t deliver to Europe due to red tape and other complexities. We hope one day that things will become a little easier for us to sell to European customers.

You’re welcome to drop me a message to ask when the next batch is likely to be made but due to the fact that I work on my own and these little characters take a while to make, they may not be available for a few weeks but I do my best to keep the shop stocked.

Each little character has been handmade from scratch, and as such every one will be slightly different. I believe this adds to their character and authenticity but if you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me so that this can be rectified.

It’s really important to me that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you need to return it, for whatever reason, please do so within 14 days of receiving it. Very rarely, a little character may have had a particularly bumpy ride coming to you and may arrive slightly damaged. If this has happened, drop me a message and I’ll do my best to sort that out for you. Please refer to our Refunds and Returns Policy for more info

Due to the nature of copper and other metals, they are susceptible to tarnishing over time.  The best way to overcome this is to either purchase a polishing cloth and give them a clean every now and then or perhaps use some Brasso.  There are also some good tips online for a more environmentally friendly way of cleaning them using salt and vinegar!
